Why would you go that route? If they aren't saggy or ugly, what is there to improve? First off, there aren't any examples of this concept. There is no woman in existence who had a nice perky set naturally, decided to get implants, and wound up better because of it. Its just like putting a body kit on a Lamborghini. Its just a bad idea to start with.
This is of course not to say that breast enhancements aren't necessary for some. They do, in some cases, greatly improve the overall look of woman, but everyone with this 'silicone improves everything' attitude are absolutely out their minds.

You know, I have to agree on this. Sometimes, when it goes beyond the boobs (hey, that could be a TV show title!), you wonder what they're thinking. For example, Chloe Vevrier's nose job....how unnecessary was that? Of course, then there are the other cases, where the boobs are huge and there's so much facial plastic surgery that you can't look away, like a car accident or something.
