Nine times out of ten, I'd go for the post op. I'm a fan of big tits(although i like a lot of girls without big tits) so usually I prefer post op.

OK...think about it....fake boob, bag of silicone....real boob, bag of fat tissue....I'm saying, what does it matter what it is...BIG is BIG, and BIG is better.

I have a question:
We talk about breast implants.they are easy to spot.
How about butt implants?How can one tell?
are there "before" and "after" pictures focused on that?
I ask because I see way too many identical asses in porn and i wonder if it's just the work out that does the trick,or if there is a little "help" involved too.

I think I can tell most of the time if you see it nude, its too round and in non-retouched/airbrushed/photoshopped pictures you dont see ANY cellulite OR stretchmarks another route Ive heard of is steroid injections

Laura Lion is much better with implants.She`s one of those babes who really should have taken silicones,because her tits weren`t that great naturally,but you could see right away that there was a huge potential if she only would take implants.
Glad she took`em,I think it was a very good decision,and the outcome is something she can be happy and proud of :hatsoff:
