Jayden Jaymes had them done but I haven't really come across before pics (other than one in her thread I would have to find that her surgeon put up). I think they're fantastic looking for being fake--they bounce quite naturally. She said they were big to begin with and just had them done to even out the size or something.

Although this case is an improvement, I think she would've looked just as good having worked out and got toned up a little as having the surgery.
