Oh yeah, she did. Her breasts are AMAZING now...especially since she had her kid and they got all inflated from pregnancy! Wowza!
And many, many woman (that are really fit) have very small to tiny breasts.
Great point about "fit" women. For example; my wife (who works out 4 to 5 times a week) is a very naturally curvy woman. She has a healthy, round posterior (ass), and decently-sized, weighty breasts (she's between a B and C cup). But, when she wasn't working out so regularly, her breasts were between a C and D cup. Since she started eating better and exercising more often, she really toned up and lost a lot of her natural curves (especially in her breasts, sadly). She used to talk about getting a boob job because she has always felt like her bosom has two problems; a) wasn't big enough proportionately to the rest of her body (like I said, she has a healthy tush and hips...not fat or chubby, just curvy...like Monroe) and b) her breasts are set very far apart on her chest so it's next to impossible for her to achieve any kind of lush cleavage without taping her boobs.
So, I can see why "fit", natural women would want to get boob jobs. It isn't always to feel more attractive to others or to make themselves more appealing (because she knows I love her as is). Sometimes they do it for themselves and for reasons that do seem to make sense (even though I don't think she has "problems" in terms of her physical appearance, but she sometimes does...and they aren't "problems" she can fix with diet or exercise). Pardon the rambling!
