I have made no bones about it I prefer natural over fake. Sasha had nice real breasts and if I was her guy I'd be fine with them as is. Sasha looks very nice with implants. They don't looks as fake as others and on her they look good. Then again I am mesmerized by her smile and eyes. Not bad implant job here - one of the better ones

We couldn't disagree more. She had fabulous REAL breasts - so soft and sexy and perfect. Then she RUINED them by gluing cantaloupes to her chest and went from beautiful to looking just like every other dime a dozen slut

I agree with nerd, Cara Brett looks better after. This is not to say her natural boobs looked bad, but as a guy who enjoys big tits (real or fake), I think she looks amazing with those big fake knockers. Her doctor did a very good job.

Her real breasts were perfect? Which breast do you mean? She didn't have any breast before the implants. But now she looks better than ever. I think she got a nice boob-job.
