There's three stages to Aletta Ocean. If I were to rank them they would be (from best to worst).

Stage 2 - First and second boob jobs, some cosmetic surgery to her lips and to having her nose redone.

Stage 1 - The "natural" Aletta. Before all the surgeries. Many people prefer this version. I did too. But then I saw Stage 2. I fell in love with her in Stage 2.

Stage 3 - Third and fourth boob jobs. The juvederm lips injections. The second and third nose reconstructions. The eyelid surgery. Her chin realigned. The ass implants. The tattoos.

A chin realignment? Eyelid surgery? Who does that? Aletta had her boobs done twice in less than a year. It's like she wants to be "another" person entirely. Aletta Ocean has now become addicted to having plastic surgery and not in a good way. At one point, she was scheduling to have a procedure done every month. Sometimes having two procedures done simultaneously. Now that's crazy!
