Wanted to start the topic to discus what pornstars you'd expect to have roles in major (or minor) Hollywood films.

In 2010, Stacey Adams was featured in Black Dynomite and Gianna Michaels was featured in Pirrannah. The two above bring a good taste of natural sexy boobage to some B films.

Are there any pornstars that you think could land a leading role in major films?
What are some of your favorite pornstar scenes in mainstream film?

not exactly the same, but i dig how sasha grey is becoming famous, she was awesome on entourage. she's not ashamed or trying to distatnce herself from being in the porn industry; she's got this vibe like being a pornstar is just as cool as any other job, and after all, it's just a profession. a way to make a living. the person is the one who defines who they are, how cool they are, or if they have class; not the fact they film porn.

Except for Sasha Grey, every pornstar wich had parts in mainstream movies had tiny ones. In even Grey, except The Girlffriend Exeprience she only had a part in a low budget horror movie.

The reason to this is simple : pornstars just can't act decently.

How could I forget this? It was an independent film and she was the leading lady.
Wonder if anybody else has potential for such roles?
Although pornstars have 30 second roles in film, I can see someone like Gianna Michaels having a supporting actress role in a comedy role. But I wonder who else can expand to other genres.

Truth be told a lot of actresses can't act especially the ones that are just hired to be eye candy. Some eventually learn, others fade away. There's always horror films especially the slasher genre, which usually has shitty acting so you can always find a stop for them there.

I have never seen a pornstar that can act naturally in a thriller or in a film noir. For acting in film noirs or in james cameron movies, you need to have natural appearing emotions not overly made ones, act quick and be accurate on movements as well as when you give the reply to your partner also to be very charismatic. I don't think that porn learns that.
