Anyone knows this one or has at least a suggestion?

I remember it's not that old: it's about a teen boy developing a mind control device (a green plate, applied to womens foreheads) - I remember a sceen, where he fucks his mother on a bed with rubber gloves (seen it on the hamster using "mind control"). Another scene where his mother and sister have an argument in the kitchen, and he gets to fuck both. But there is no hint on the movie whatsoever. Name? Actors? I'd be thankfull for anything.
