Have some self respect people. Sex is for your love life, not to use for $ to tarnish your reputation for life as well as your self-worth.

Terrible scarring of the mind from it with time and nobody truthfully will want you expect for other equally or worse warp minded people.

You are not destined to be losers. Find another career choice. Have some self-respect and respect for your future SO. They don't want to have to overlook some issue that you made in your life like this. Sometimes they simply cannot.
