U my good man, Popeyes is a chicken restaurant much like KFC. It started in New Orleans in the 1970s and has slowly started to pop up around the country. Its fame isn't as wide spread as KFC outside the states I guess, but trust me when I say that it is much tastier.
By the way, who is that chick in your avy with that righteous face tat? I am normally not in favor of such things, but she looks damn good wearing it.
Popeyes Po'Boys are the best so I give an edge to them.
I'll be honest even our KFC doesn't taste nice, the chicken pieces are fried rock hard (the skin) whilst the burgers are marginally better, other than the cheap and nasty chicken shops you don't get many other decent outlets. I pretty much don't eat chicken pieces any more as I'm left disappointed everytime.

We have plenty of cheap and nasty chicken shops here in London, Sam's/Dixy is probably best of the bunch. It all normally tastes crap and if you're lucky you'll end up with diarrhoea

Both chains are victims of their success as far as quality. There were only 2 Popeye's in my area @1980. Their chicken at that time I would put in the Sex In Your Mouth thread. Now there are more there are more chains, more employees, more chances of mediocrity. I'm pretty sure this happened to KFC and other food chains. For me if I'm going to eat the chicken right then & now - Popeye's. If I'm out late and I know breakfast food will not be the best choice the next morning-I can reheat KFC and it will be OK.
This is actually very true. I have found that the closer you are to New Orleans, the better Popeyes tastes. I went to a Popeyes in Phoenix once and left pissed off.

Depends on the crew working but when cooked right Popeye's is hard to beat. Unfortunately my local got new management and after getting two orders of raw chicken I won't go back and take my business to Church's Fried Chicken instead. KFC used to be great, but bahodeme hit the nail on the head.

I prefer to have chicken in my chicken meals, so I make my own.
I've never eaten at Popeyes due to the fact that there aren't any near where I live (the nearest one is located on an Air Force base that's over 50 miles away), but everybody I know who has tried it says that it's much better than KFC.
KFC original, probably because we use to eat it when I was a kid.
