I think it varies depending on what there best feaure is. If it is there boobs, then a good business suit with a couple of buttons undone to show there cleavage. If it is there legs then a short skirt with heels. If the ass is best physical feature then a tight pair of shorts with knee high boots.

A nice tailored jacket and straight skirt is hot, I prefer gray with black pinstripes myself or vise versa. My favorite though is a mans dress shirt and white crew socks.
