nope Number 7 is arresting the drain, it's what caused the car to flip, i don't know how the car went around the pole though

im assuming five is the aftermath of hitting the phone. i think he hit it and it got stuck in the front end. then had it towed away. i doubt the phone is in the middle of a parking space, and as for the car i doubt i ran after it hit the phone
