Could anyone please ID this blonde beauty next to Julia Parton? She appeared mostly in High Society Magazine in the early 90's

It might be Melissa Wolf. I googled Jula Parton and 'Rich Bitch of the Year' and found this magazine back issue page.

I am not certain because the magazine cover is only one photo with an unusual pose, but the lips, chin and eyebrows look the same to me.

Looks like Holly Ryder, but don't bet the farm on that ID.
