I have always respected the Playboy history. The groundbreaking that HH did is legendary and the guy deserves his due credit. He wasn't a pioneer, he was THE pioneer. But isn't it time for the cheesy over-processed playboy to go away? They have yet to change their style and now have handed over their online division to be run by Manwin (parent company of Brazzers) because they failed to the point of nearly bankrupting the company.
To you guys, the viewer Playboy might be your cup of tea. They find some hot girls for sure, but that isn't so tough to do these days. I have worked for Playboy 37 times in my career, ranging from the magazine to playboy TV, Playboy radio, Club Jenna etc. They are one of the worst companies to work for. They pay the least and your day is going to be spent as if it's an episode of Law & Order. I have a personal grudge against Playboy, but that isn't what motivates me to speak out, well not entirely. In November 2007 I was hired by Playboy to shoot a scene for a Club Jenna movie they were making called "RPM XXXTreme: Crotch Rockets" I was the featured star on the cover and back, and also starred Audrey Bitoni, Brooke Haven, Savannah Stern, Richelle Ryan, & Mikayla. It was another cheesy themed movie but it was a hardcore scene with Billy Glide. The concept was motorcycles and the movie and the scene sucked. the music in every playboy video is like fucking circus music and doesn't fit at all.
I shot the scene and 7 weeks later I got my check in the mail. Now I took this job as a favor to my agent who asked me to reduce my rate and deal with the notorious Playboy payroll. I agreed to help them out. I got the check and put it in my purse where it stayed for 3 days. I was in Miami getting ready to fly to The Cayman Islands and remembered I had it, so I cashed it on my way to the airport at an Amscot at 5am to have some extra spending cash for my trip. When I get home there's a letter in the mail from Amscot notifying me that the check had fucking bounced! Playboy!!!!!!!!!! So I call my agent who calls the guy at Playboy Jay Shanahan who I knew from his days at Vivid. He tells them he'll handle it not to worry. I wait. And Wait until I start getting threats from Amscot to file it with the state attorney. They were now requiring three times the original amount. So after my calls to Playboy and my agent being ignored, I had to pay. To this day, they have never made that check good.
Ask any girl if they like to work for Playboy and if she's not brand new or an idiot she'll tell you they are the worst.
I shot a scene for them with Lela Starr for Pinup perversions that was so fucking hot when we shot it. I ate her ass and we fucked for real on this casino roulette table. It was smoking hot.
