Sadly no one got drunk and fucked on the copier. Never seem to get that anymore.

losing a HDD sucks, I was lucky and managed to rescue 24GB of my son's pics.
Needless to say I have backups of backups now.

Sorry for the sob fest, but it'll really suck if I don't get my stuff back. I don't have saved copies of most of my custom vids (the ones that didn't go up on my site), don't have copies of most of my pics. without my website's watermark, don't have copies of vids without watermarks, don't have large copies of pictures/un-cut vids, lost a bunch of personal pics, lost my good copy of Paint Shop Pro, and don't have a list of all the fonts I use. Rawr!

While I do sympathize and understand, it could be that your man is still a little giddy, and distracted. You are quite the catch. I would be making some minor mistakes as well, were I in his position. Perhaps after some rest he can help you find the correct motherboard. That is an awful lot if material to lose. Did you back it up anywhere, cloud drive, external hard drive, anything?
