I'm not talking about the usual silly answers like lawyers and politicians, I mean people who really are legitimately scum, serve no real purpose to mankind, and who we'd be better off without.
I'm going to start off with anyone who is responsible for, involved with, or who has profited from any of the following:
Spam e-mail.
Viruses, trojans, worms etc.
Spyware.
Any kind of annoying pop-ups that open others when you close them, or the classics that open up with the close button off the screen or none at all.
I think anyone who has had experience with these things would enjoy watching their perpetrators suffer, and the world would certainly be a better place without them.
