If I made an all-time list she would probably be somewhere around #15.
She went from stunningly gorgeous to "yeah, she's pretty" in just a few years.
Facially, there was a Lindsay Lohan- like decline that can be blamed on the *****. One wonders how much better she would have aged if she never touched them.
