It's Penny Flame's birthday today (it's Jennifer Ketcham's birthday today)! She turns 30 years! Congratulations! :hatsoff:
When Penny Flame in April 2009 checked into the Pasadena Recovery Center for sex addiction to participate in "Sex Rehab with Dr Drew" (VH1) her intention was to gain increased publicity and marketability as a porn star. Five days into treatment, though, she began to accept that she suffered from a problem that she needed to resolve. She had come to realize that she was both a sex addict and a **** addict . The consequence was of course that she interrupted her porn career and also forfeited all porn-related sources of income to make a clean break. Now she's a writer, blogger and artist and uses her real name Jennifer Ketcham. Last summer she published a memoir titled "I Am Jennie". (I haven't read it). This account is primarily based on an article in Wikipedia, which has good references for all statements.
With this in mind, it feels a bit strange to post pictures and links related to her seven year career as the porn star "Penny Flame". But since she doesn't regret having been in pornography (according to her blog) it does not feel like a problem.
