That's how I am.. I'm Italian too, enough so that I'm the summer I'm a nice dark tan color but in the winter through spring, I'm like snow white lol

If it's any consolation from me, I think you look beautiful as you are. I prefer girls natural, whether it comes to body, hair, bewbs, tan, etc., and you look amazing to me. I'm not saying you can't do anything to change yourself if you want, but I think you're gorgeous already.
