Does anybody know about it? Its a Malcolm McDowell Movie in a roman setting with some hard sex scenes (but without the main actors of course).

Have to say, Caligula is a pretty famous movie, I reckon you can even get it off Amazon. There's a great story behind the making of it, and the war between Tinto Brass and the publishers of it, and the ensuing censorship. It was put out on DVD not that long ago, and I think you can get it for about £5 in Fopp in the UK.

I rented the full unrated version when I was in Germany (Frankfurt) from a local German video store. Played it in the company dayroom for all the troops and got in trouble. I didn't know it was that graphic when I rented it.

The film was made in the late 70's. It was one of the first attempts to combine mainstream actors (some of the biggest names during that time) and hardcore sex on film. I looked at it again last night and for what it was (a cross between a high budget B movie and a minimally hardcore porn movie) it was fairly decent and entertaining.
