Who do you think has the optimum breasts: covering full chest width but nothing more, firm, uniform color, vertical position, how far they jut out? So many people say "X has great tits" but when you look they are: too big, droopy, have tan lines, white, too small or something else.

There are several problems with your approach to this issue, I think.
First, different people have different views on what is "optimum." Preferences can be mapped out like a bell-curve graph. Yes, most people prefer every aspect of Keeley Hazell's appearance over, say, a 400 lb. woman with no eyebrows, missing teeth, and warts on her chin. But there just MIGHT be a handful of guys around who actually are attracted to such a woman. Good for them and good for the lady. And most people would prefer Keeley to a woman who's anorexic, 5 ft. tall, and weighs 79 lbs. or whatever. But really, most women probably come closer to Keeley than either extreme (although, sadly, a LOT of American women (and men, for that matter) are sliding into morbid obesity, what with all of their worries and their self-therapy via fast food and junk food). Keeley is actually close to average. Research has shown that the "ideal" for most men, is really something strikingly similar to "average" statistically, if you go by measurements and characteristic features.
Some men (myself included) like tanlines (within limits) and like a woman's tits to have a bit of a hang on them (rather than the unbelievably perky tits made from silicone or saline or whatever). Also, some guys (plenty of 'em) really like tits that are smallish - A and B cups.
I've seen Keeley's pics many, many times over. And I woud NOT rate her tits as optimum for some reason. They haven't been too memorable for me. Tits I can picture and really dig and would say are something close to my optimum are:

There are so many women with absolutely GLORIOUS tits; the more I think of (t)it, the more I just can't imagine having one, single "optimum" standard and absolutely rejecting all others as somehow lesser.
