Oprah for President

Has she disavowed Harvey Weinstein yet?

I don’t discount those that would support her because the left will get behind anyone that represents identity politics, but she would at best get 35 percent of the male vote and that is being generous.

She would receive less than 5 percent of the white male vote. In the end, they’ll go with Bernie.

lol
Funny, because not a single one of my libtard friends, who I have a lot of, think she's a viable presidential candidate. Most of us are still appalled that a desperately unqualified reality TV star is the current one.

In the end, they’ll go with Bernie.

$10,000

ps: At least you didn't say they'll go with Hillary again, as so many conservatives mindlessly predict.
That would have been worth a wager for title to my house.

You don’t think Bernie is the front runner?

I know a lot of millennials still excited by him.

Another example of how US politics is fucked-up : someone makes a powerfull speech, the next day everyone thinks that person is gonna run for President
Can you imagine that the next presidential election could be Trump, a running President wo was elected despite never having any political mandate before, vs Oprah or even The Rock, two potential candidates who never participated to any election before ?

Seriously guys, if the next election is betxeen to TV stars or a TV star and a movie star, it means US politicians officially are the world's worst politicians

It really doesn't matter if she runs or not; politics as a whole are a joke now anyways.

Agreed. If I would have told you the day after Kerry lost the election in 2004 that the next president of the U.S was not going to be a Democrat from the heartland of from a red/purple state like John Edwards or Evan Bayh but instead a black guy from the south side of Chicago named Barack Hussein Obama, you would've laughed me out of the room

If you would've told me the day after the Romney lost in 2012 that the next GOP nominee for POTUS was going to be Trump and that he was going to win...I would've told you were and idiot and you nothing about politics. The next GOP nominee for POTUS is going to be Christie or Scott Walker or Rubio...fast forward to 2016

2020 is a ways away. I have no fucking clue is going to be the next president if Trump loses. It very well could be one of the usual names like Sanders, Warren of Harris but it also could be someone we haven't even mentioned yet. I wouldn't be surprised if it's some mayor or business person that's going to burst onto the scene over the next year or so and totally catch us off guard

Yeah they still got a few Bilderberg meetings yet to figure it out.

In both of those incidences the incumbent president could not seek re-election.

Try again, oh sage of plagiarism land.

Horseshit. Obama had already given his “ red states/blue states” speech at the 2004 DNC which catapulted him into the national spotlight. I immediately heard people proclaim “ there is your first black president” which I didn’t want to believe but knew they were spot on.

Then in 2005 he ran for the U.S senate and he was impressive in the debates against Alan Keyes and I knew 3 years before he ran for president he was a contender.

Obama didn’t come out of nowhere, in fact he was groomed from the day he gave the DNC speech.

Well, almost entirely. He still had to battle the Clinton democrat block, which was no easy task. But I agree that speech garnered him a ton of attention and that he certainly didn't come out of nowhere.
