Another forum has this picture coming up as a behind the scenes picture but without an ID. After logging in over there at OnlyTease when you go to "B" under their models they have a "Behind The Scenes" section. There are 24 galleries to a page covering 20 pages. (476 sets) Much of this varies greatly. For example, most of the earlier galleries have about 150 to 270 pictures in them. Later ones have between 15 pictures to 75. Definitely depends. It will take some time to sort this out.

Probably, someone here will come up with her identity before I find this.

Thanks, John. I knew it had to be a BTS pic. I'm hoping someone might know.

She does look familiar but I still can't place her and my usual search engines came up empty.

It is Becki H / Becki Haddick.

Whilst it is a Only Tease BTS shot, she doesn't actually have her hair that dark in any of her Only Tease shoots so it must've been ahead of another shoot like Only Opaques like below. They are all under the same umbrella in any case.

For the record, the original pic in the first post comes from the Behind The Scenes shoot dated 3rd July 2013.
