I am on GMT+2 (Cape Town) ---> 09:44 here so 7 mill = +-12:04 my time, I had a guess for 13:12 but in USA the time will be a lot different... how does the time zone thing work?

I'm pretty sure the contest time zone is whatever time zone the Netherlands is in.
