Today I have just over 1100 members, get 10 new signups on a daily average and rebills are a little lower at 2.9 months per member. I can find more than 90% of my content online if I look, which I don't. I'm over it. The losers who file share are just like YOU. they believe they are entitled to my content for free. They claim that sharing it between peers isn't a violation of copyright laws. So I just stopped producing new content and found something else to do that is lucrative.

So the trolls like yourself who spout jargon pretending to be intellectual can all have each other. I can't think of a more deserving bunch.

My expertise is not in that of copyright or intellectual property and it has been over 20 years since law school but I do remember it being ingrained in us that the term "theft" is not appropriate in consideration in the matter of copyrights . Infringement guys.. infringement.

If you download stolen content and watch it, you are depriving the originator of the chance of earning from that content.
Would it be "fair use" to buy a book, photocopy it and then distribute it to anyone on the street? No, because you are not giving the author the chance to sell their work legitimately. This is regardless of whether or not someone would not have bought it - there is no distinction at this point between those that would have purchased the item and those that would not.

The thing with diversity in Europe as well as in the US is sociological, racial and gegographical. Let's analyse who are the cons who are rotting in the US jails and to which population do they represent? In the biggest majority, the convicted felons are Blacks and Hispanics who are also representing the biggest percentage of carceral population. In Europe, it is either blacks or arabs coming from the Maghreb who are representing the biggest carceral population. When diversity is mixed with criminality, it never ends well. Guess what Obama is for ? Regularising more illegal aliens. Do you honestly think that regularising a big number of illegal aliens who are potential criminals , job stealers, free health care and social security leechers is a positive thing? Eric, you own a business so you should understand this. If 75% of everything you produced was copies and given away to your prospective customers, eliminating their need to pay for your product or service, you wouldn't have an issue with that???????? I think that if you are 100% convinced that you have that big of an infringement problem, then just hire one of those firms, or an individual, that goes around the internet and finds anywhere that your materials might be shared and gets them taken down. And if you come across commercial infringers, possibly such as tube sites, then you may want to consider an infringement suit if they won't immediately take down your materials, or if you can't work out some other type of deal with them.
