Yeah she has boobs, even though it's possible as teen boys sometimes grow in funny ways through puberty I think the 'trap'/shemale thing is because she has short hair.

Well, I read the story and it seemed fabricated and irrational. In the text there's also no mentioning about any trans at all. Also, her picture on this website, judging from its filename, was downloaded from 4chan. My guess is they took random picture of a nice girl on the web, added some made up story and voila
