Some of these identity thieves these days are quite accomplished in their ability to gain access to information that can.... well.... make your life miserable ! For instance, when you receive an unexpected, out of the blue phone call by somebody who asks if ''you still have the Recreational Vehicle for sale ?'' to which you reply ''I ain't got no RV for sale
:dunno:'' only to have them ask "aren't you John Boy Doe at such and such address ?", which, in reality IS your exact name and address.... you have to think quick and say "no ! it isn't my name ! " and hang the phone up before they attempt to confirm additional pieces of information about you so that they can evenually clean out you account(s).
So always beware of these random phone calls that You Might receive from individuals who ask you questions, they know that they're in command of the conversation while you're in a natural state of simply wanting to be of assistance. If you're not quick on the draw, you just might kick yourself later wondering what you had just done to ruin yourself. :uohs:
