Okay, I know I'm gonna get yelled or laughed at for this...but what is "wtf?wtf?wtf?wtf?wtf?wtf?"?

I've seen it mentioned many times and I'm guessing its a web site or some file sharing program. I've tryed to do a yahoo search and I never got anything. SO, can some one please fill me in? I'd appreciate it.

It's K-a-z-a-a, you know... the p2p program. But it is a word that has been censored by the administration so it comes out as wtf?wtf?...etc.
