I'd really need to give you some sort of mind-map for this or do the interview myself, but since I'm limited to indirect text, some rough outlines will have to do. The questions I mentioned earlier are included. I suppose I could try being more specific if there's anything of use.
I guess I'll start with the really generic ones.
1) How did you feel about the adult industry prior to entering it?
More/less positive/negative towards particular genres (i.e. softcore, hardcore, girl/girl only etc.)?
2) How did you get involved in the adult industry?
When, what kind of content, why? "Accidental" (i.e. mainstream modeling turning glamour etc.) or intentional?
3) When you started out (ref. to 2), did you intend for it to be a career or just something on the side?
If career, any initial limitations (i.e. only solo modeling)? Why?
If temporary, what other long term plan/career? Why did she remain in the adult industry?
Dream job (apart from adult industry)?
4) Since starting, has your attitude towards the adult industry changed (ref. 1)?
Positive/negative, for what aspects?
5) How did/does your family and friends feel about your career?
When were they told, are they supportive and if so, were they from the start?
6) What is the general attitude for shooting sex scenes? Is it clinical or somewhat "real"?
Any difference between shooting with male/female performers? Any difference with specific people?
7) What is it like maintaining a personal relationship while working in the adult industry?
With people in/outside the industry (if applicable), sex life, jealousy etc.
Anything she wouldn't do while in a relationship (i.e. hardcore with other men/women etc.)?
Would she quit for the sake of her partner? Want her partner to quit? Quit to start a family?
8) Have you ever regretted your decision to enter the adult industry or something specific you've done (and why)?
9) Have you felt objectified as a result of your career choice? (Sorry for the cliché)
How does this affect self-esteem? Increased pressure from having to look good or a certain way etc.? Cosmetic surgery (her breast enhancement in particular)?

10) Why/how did you decide to start doing hardcore?
Why only girl/girl at first?
Why eventually with her boyfriend, and then other male performers?
11) Was the transition from softcore modeling to harcore a big step or something that came naturally?
Was it hard to adjust etc.? Harder/easier than she thought?
12) Was hardcore something you knew/thought you could eventually do, or something you warmed up to since entering the industry?
13) How has your background affected you as a professional (if at all)?
Any cultural/religious differences for her and/or family as compared to the "average American" (or Canadian, I suppose)?
That's all I can think of at the moment, I've never actually written this down before. How long do I have to expand on that list if I think of something else? Was thinking about mentioning My Bare Lady as well, but I haven't actually seen it so it's kinda hard. After reading up on her and seeing a few more pictures, I'm also tempted to ask "Will you marry me?", but I suppose that would be a bit unprofessional. Not to mention that I prefer my dream remain intact for a while longer.
