he probably did it, no denying that. i'm just saying most ppl get off on technicalites in court. i have a feeling that white girl in florida (casey?) is going to walk too... too many fuckups in the system. and that dutch kid will probably walk too on grounds of entrapment. i dont agree with what any of them did

The most that would probably happen would be a mistrial would be declared and he would be given a new trial....and that's probably unlikely. He wouldn't just be let off.

Even if he somehow did get a new trial the chances of the results being any different than the first are, again, unlikely.

that's our judicial system, folks! convict somebody and then say, "well, maybe that wasn't fair. ok you can go". and other countries wonder why we have so much crime.

harsher penalties and fewer strikes is the necessity but our government can't seem to handle that idea.

we coddle our criminals and treat them way more fairly than they treated their victims. it's ridiculous.
