Did anyone see the hit on Lupul last night almost identical to the hit on Drury, but you don't see Edmonton acting like a bunch of idiots attacking everybody this is just more proof that Lindy Ruff is the worst coach in the NHL

you mean the Columbus game? There were some pretty good hits in that game.

Is Edmonton officially dead now or what?

They are nowhere near as good as they were during the last seasons playogffs

Fucking Rangers why did they trade Aaron Ward we just fucking signed him, I hope this dude we got for him was worth trading away Stanley Cup experience.

Don't fret, there were a lot of teams that made trades that were unexpected or with there top players, for example St. Louis, Edmonton and Florida

Along with Edmonton, I think (unless we get our heads out of our asses and now that the trade deadline has passed) Montreal is swirling around the bowl too. Come on...close loss to the then Smyth-less Isles, close win against the Perreault-less Leafs, and a ass-kicking from the constantly mediocre and underachieving Jagr-is-all-we-have Rangers.

Want to really know why he was traded? It's because he got into an argument with that crybaby Jagr and Rangirls certainly weren't going to send Jagr anywhere.

Predators are trade masters! It's not easy to get player like Forsberg!!!
I think they can, maybe, go all the way!

I'd grade Garth Snow's trading job a little higher than what the gm of Nashville did. He picked up Ryan Smyth for a playoff push. That was the best trade at the deadline. Paul Holmgren in Philly also did well to help his team. He picked up Scottie Upshall, Ryan Parent, and 2 picks for Mr Softy a couple weeks ago. He traded for young stud d-man Braydon Coburn, and picked up Marty Biron from Buffalo for a draft pick. He also traded Kyle Calder (disappointment) for Jasse Kukkonen. Those moves alone free'd up alot of cash that Philly can work with once free agency opens on July 1. Philly will be back sooner than later. I'm ultra happy with what Paul Holmgren has done so far.

The Canucks are so unreliable. They acquire to great player, Brian Smolinski and Soapy (Brent Sopel, I am so happy, I hope he stays for a few seasons) and they still end up losing to St. Louis who traded Tackchuck and Gurin two of the best player

The Canucks had Sopel before hadn't they?

Yes they did! He was great back then and I am expecting him to be just as good or even better now. He almost scored in his first game back. I really hope that he is here to stay for a few seasons atleast:D
