Observation: American Women

There are bitches all over the world. A friend of ours is currently dating a bitch but he doesn't see what a bitch she is because he's in love

Egh.... I'm not really sure how to take your post.

I'm an American woman. I'm not bitchy. I mean sometimes I am, but isn't everyone from time to time?
I've never been to another country before, though I'd love to, but I really don't think its just American women. Bitchiness is everywhere.
It could also be the men, ever think of that? Perhaps the men that they women are bitching about are the problem, not necessarily just the women. Lots of men do stupid things that piss us off, and some of us have higher tolerances for it than others do. For example, I've dated guys that straight up gawk other girls and talk about how hot they are right in front of me, talk about the awesome sex they've had with other girls in the past, etc. Think I'm going to take that lightly? Hell no, say that shit to me and you can forget getting in my panties. Ever. Lots of American guys are like that, in fact.... probably every 9 out of 10 guys that I've dated were like that. The one I have now is not even remotely similar, and I'm the sweetest little thing ever.
Maybe guys in other countries respect women more than guys in America do.

Yes, Harley. You may find a few here too, who thinks its a joke to use a few off-color words to get quoted. Must be having huge hernial pain while carrying the ego of the size of Texas. Personally I pity them.

But thanks for reminding, that, men too can change their gender and become a bitch too frequently.

Maybe its me I'm a little fucked up maybe ,I been away for a while .
But I have been back in the states for 2 months now and I've gone to bars twice since in New jersey.
Bar/restaurant type places not discos.
One thing I have noticed is that so many of the women just seem miserable and angry.
I have observed how so many talk to the guys their with like they're garbage, with such contemptuous attitudes.
Its like everything the guys say the girls are just all over their shit.
Is it the booze that gets them like that?
I've seen it a few times in stores too but especially in bars.
Girls giving guys shit and the guy just taking it like a trained marmot.
Whats up with that?
I realize not all women are like this but it seems like a good percentage are.

What's your opinion, we'd like the know ( You know, the royal we, the editorial we.)

In Jersey, a lot of their guys ARE garbage!

Bitches are everywhere. But if I had to come up with a hypothesis as to why women might seem bitchier in the US, (or the developed world in general) its probably a mix of the food we eat (hormones being put into meat and veggies and shiz, hormones that probably set us off balance emotionally) and also women are working more than they ever have in history. Most women work AND raise a family AND do the bulk of the housework still....maybe they're just damn tired? lol

But to re-iterate whats already been said....bitches be crazy.

It's the fucking Democrats...again.

Us Americans, men and women, are bitchy/pissed off because we don't have universal healthcare, free education, we don't get 4-6 weeks paid vacation, and paid maternity leave. All these things are a given in Europe, no wonder a European country is always ranked number one in those most 'happiest country' polls.

There are a LOT of generalizations in this thread, aren't there? I don't know, but if a girl seems bitchy, gets bitchy or just is bitchy, and the guy she's with stands there and takes it, the way I see it, she's only half the problem. Know what I mean?

As for Spexy's theory, I understand where she's coming from. But I think it's a cop out to say that women now work harder than women ever have in history. My grandmother had nine kids (that lived) and lived on a farm. One thing about farming is, there is no such thing as a day off. On Christmas morning, the cows still have to be milked and the hogs still have to be fed. She died when I was very young, so I can't say much about her disposition. But people tell me she was a very nice woman. Yet she worked (physically) harder than probably 99%+ of the women in the U.S. could even imagine these days. No washing machine, steam dryer, dish washer or vacuum cleaner back in those days. No going to the grocery store to buy a roasted chicken for dinner. The food in their house, she made it or helped grow it. For the clothes to be clean, she had to wash them by hand. And those same clothes she probably made most of them. And when one of her kids died, there was no social service counseling to help her deal with it. Now days, everybody worries about how happy their inner child is and whether they need this anti-depressant or that anti-depressant to maintain their FDA recommended happiness level.

I'll include my generation as part of the problem. But I think part of the problem in the U.S. (and the rest of the developed world) is that you have a lot of little whiney-ass brats and punks with a sense of entitlement. Offer them a Honda Civic for graduation and no!!! They HAVE to have a BMW.

And while I agree with Meester that a lot of girls in this country have developed a Princess Complex, I've dated more than a few Latinas in my life too - almost married a couple of them. And yeah, in some cases, they do have a different attitude about them - often times more refined and less brash and vulgar than their North American counterparts. But that's mostly down to cultural differences and what social class they're from. I'd say the same of many Latin men: less pussified and wimpy than American guys... still into the "machismo" thing. But that's down to culture too. But in any country, in any culture, it's not that hard to find people with bad manners and a poor upbringing. The old country Italians have a term: maleducato/a - basically people with bad upbringings who don't know how to act in public. And bars and night clubs are probably the best places to find that type, no matter if it's a guido club, a barrio club, a hood club or a honky tonk.

yeah thats a real good post,
agree with all except the "I'd say the same of many Latin men: less pussified and wimpy than American guys... still into the "machismo" thing."

Yeah they are more into the macho thing as far as treating women like property but one thing i saw at least for Colombia was the basic femininity of almost all males.
physically weak as well as just no heart, no fortitude.
Just in general pansy candy ass wimps with feminine mannerisms.
I'd say 90% of them fit that description, at least there.
Which I guess is what THE US MEDIA is doing to young guys and kids today, trying to make them androgynous ala justine beeber
but real good true post.
