Obama on Abortion after the baby is born

Hiliary 2020
Hi Everybody.
First I'd like to say I am neither anti or pro abortion,to an extent,(I know, the pussy way out). and this post is not intended to be an abortion debate.
The abortion issue is one that will go on forever.
Now I only know what I've read, and I'm sure some of you will label this as Obama bashing based on biased sources.
So maybe someone can clear this up for me.
According to what I've read, Obama is certainly pro-partial birth abortion and has voted to allow it, saying its the ******* (but not the fathers) right to choose, at any given 9 month period up until the baby is delivered(usually after 5-6 months)
This is done by inducing the delivery the baby feet first and just before the head is out of the canal you stab it.
Seems barbaric to me but Barack votes to allow it.
These articles are about the Full or After birth abortions when after the baby is delivered the ****** still has the right to say " let it die".
According to these sources Obama would not vote on a law preventing this.
-SB 1661: April 4, 2002
Providing Medical Treatment to ******** Born Alive After A Failed Abortion
In 2002, while serving in the Illinois State Legislature, Obama voted "No" on the Born Alive ****** Protection Package (SB 1661), a bill which would create a cause of action against a physician if a ***** is born alive after an attempted
abortion and the physician, harms, neglects or fails to provide medical care for the *****.

How can anybody not support a law against that?
It makes me wonder what kind of person he is.
Anyway, help me out. Is this bullshit, true, or what?
