'Notices' Link Getting a 404

On the link for "Want to win a SHITLOAD of free Porn?! Click Here to take part in the 4 millionth post celebration!" up top on the board under notices, the 'Click Here' link gives a 404.

Just thought I'd give a heads up. The defunct linked URL is Premium Link Upgrade
