I don't see the point in everybody changing passwords. Hackers will go for the admin accounts, for maximum damage. If they wanted to mess around as a general member, it would be easier to join and troll instead of hacking member accounts.

Done. Not sure how effective this will be as trying to protect the integrity of your system after noticing you've been attacked by some goofy arsed hacker is like trying to protect yourself by putting a condom on after you've gotten herpes.

Well, not really as it depends on what the aims of the goofy hacker are. If their aims are to manipulate your site then I suppose you IDing the issue is a step in stopping them depending on their motivation.
But if their aims are to abscond with user information...that shit is/would be out of the horse sadly.
Whatever the case, I hope you guys get/got it solved....there are a few suspicious caricatures meandering their way around FOs IMO.
