Nintendo Fires Employee over Gamergate Trolls, porn or pedophila support?

Interesting story: Nintendo just fired Alison Rapp, an employee/spokesperson for their treehouse division which handles localizations of its games.
Why they did is what makes this interesting. Apparently she pissed off some trolls at Gamergate, who then dug up loads of dirt from her past, including:
-Her softcore modelling "moonlighting job"
-Feminist Teets/posts
-Censorship of Nintendo games (hence the localization aspect)
-Items on her shopping site wishlists

And a college research paper she wrote on how the West shouldn't impose their child-porn values on Japan

It looks like this was going on for a while, but Nintendo never defended her, and just stood silent while Rapp defended herself, but then finally fired her.

Well, this is the world we live in. There's a trail following almost everyone out there if you're on facebook and stuff. I don't agree with it, but that's one of the reason I don't use facebook personally.

Does modeling make someone a bad person? Fuck no it doesn't. People digging up stuff to out her? That's not very honourable, but again, it's been left out there for anyone to see.

There was apparently another Nintendo related gaming feminist/sexist scandal involving Gamergate, this one involving a woman named Zoe Quinn. Basically is accuses her of sleeping around those in the gaming industry to advance her career, and a vengeful ex brought it to light. She didn't work for Nintendo and this scandal had nothing to do with them. Until now...

During a stream of Paper Mario Color Splash the above dialogue was shown. Zoe is now alleging that this is Nintendo poking fun at her Gamergate situation.
Hard to say if it's a legit issue or it's just her being overly sensitive & attention seeking. You be the judge.
