There are several inconsistencies here... .
If you were watching (maybe even downloading??) her website scenes anywhere other than at ninamercedezxxx.com then you were doing something illegal. Ray never made them available anywhere else other than at Nina's website. As for pictures? Those were a different story. Ray and Nina allowed you to save pictures to your hard drive for your own personal use.
Sure, Steve Hirsch had his webmaster wipe her content at Vivid; as they did the same with so many other ladies when they expired the contracts. There were close to one hundred and twenty-five models there. For example, Janine Lindemulder, Briana Banks, Lanny Barbie, Savanna Samson, Tera Patrick, Jenna Jameson, Sunrise Adams, Tawny Roberts, etc. just to name a few.
Nina doesn't own the content. Ray Balboa does. Ray is/was the graphic artist/webmaster. So anything decided ultimately rests with him.
If they were to bring back her website then they would have to bring back the entire Heartbreaker Films Network as well. Would you pay just for Nina? No. They'd have to bring back the entire network as an enticement to join. Then there are so many other models impacted here. About twenty or so. Among them being Kortney Kane, Sophia Santi, and Kiara Mia as they were, besides Nina, the three biggest stars there. That means that they would have to get the models to complete all new model releases; (a newly signed model release would cover all of the previous content on the network (yes, done years before) and including any new content that would be disclosed). Unless Ray still has those on file from years ago, similar to what Catalina Cruz does now with her Fantasy Girls Network. Then he wouldn't have to obtain them again. Not to mention that they would need to re-certify themselves under U.S. section 2257 all over again. And that in itself is too much of a hassle.
Ray would never bring Nina or any of the sites back again. It would be crazy if he did.
