Mostly like sugar, like all frosting. Perhaps some vanilla flavor to it.
Doesn't matter, it's the fact that the nipples taste like the frosting that makes it a good idea.

thats where you are wrong, my friend. obviously frosting off of her boobs tastes like a mixture between heaven and tim tebows tears. the frosting could in turn cure cancer and save the damned.
