Phil either gave her the photos, destroyed them or he has them and she never signed a release. She and he left on acrimonious terms, and he was allegedly a pretty big drug addict for a while, so I'd wager that if he could have released them he would have by now.

Well, I DO believe she's holding back because if she wasn't she'd done more Jerry Springer content on her website long ago but that moment in her life was very ambiguous.
