People say this every so often like they expect she's bashful or something. She's not covering herself because she's ashamed of her body or timid about what people would think. Obviously she's shown them (in the aforementioned Springer incident); even the occasional "oops" where she intentionally lets her hands slip off of them.
She does this because she's convincing her sad and lonely customers to pay money and always want more. As soon as she shows it, the mystique she's spent nearly 10 years developing is gone. The mystery is gone. The big prize has lost it's luster, and the best present in the room has been opened.
She'll do it when she's ready to retire, and that's about it.
EDIT: Oh, and before someone asks me how I know this, just cram it with walnuts. Anyone with an IQ bigger than their shoe size can figure out this plan. Do I care? Nope. I enjoy the free tease for now. But don't pretend she's got any reservations beyond ensuring a maximum bank account. She commits to showing it all, and it will garner one pay day, followed by a ton of cancellations.

She's not ripping them off. They have a choice to pay. She doesn't deliver a fraudulent product, nor falsify information. People are stupid. She's a smart businesswoman. She owes them nothing but her gratitude for their patronage. Advertising as a NN site means she's not required to give them anything, nor are the customers entitled to it.
