For me, and many others, a membership to Nikki's site isn't only about seeing tits or nips. Don't get me wrong as that certainly is a factor but not the whole reason. I have let my membership lapse over the years when the material got bland. The cam show isn't my forte when recorded but is fun to watch live, it's just trying to remember the right time. The picture sets are nice but can be viewed quickly. My favorite thing is the Friday video updates.
I don't see any appeal in the amatuer models they have on the site. None of the girls really get promoted but are rather filler content.
The question of full nudity, IMHO, comes down to two things, marketing and labeling.
From a marketing standpoint it is always better to 'leave them wanting more'. That has paid off well for them over the years. Nikki has showed her bare ass for years and her landing strip on several occasions so she isn't shy about nudity. It is always the nipples that are hidden somehow and that is what people are dying to see. So we tune in next week at the same bat-time and the same bat-channel hoping to get a glimpse. On occasion Nikki delivers with some nice slips or nudes.
The next issue is labeling, IMHO. She has always been the neighbor girl or the non-nude tease model. Going the extra step full time takes her out of a genre she has been in for years, and succeeded where others have failed. Perhaps the era of tease models is over when cam girls are more than a dime a dozen. She seems to want to stay in that classification even though she has bared it all.

I've seen a handful of models that started out non-nude and eventually make the leap in to going further. They always end up fizzling out. IMO I think the site would really benefit from some occasional deliberate topless videos and pics. I think making everything topless would be a mistake for her site and we would get tired of it quick.
