Ok so What's everyone doing for New Years?
I am not doing anything. I found out that I have a stomach ulcer 4 days ago. Ugh. I am not a drinker anyhow and as most of you know I am a super health nut as far as food BUT this makes it way more important to not eat or drink anything bad. BTW...until I got one I always though ulcers were a result of stress , which believe me , would make a shitload of sense in my case but that is actually NOT true. There's bacteria called H Pylori that you can get from eating contaminated food or drinking contaminated water or if you are on any medication that is contained on a VERY long list of medications that cause it. I am not on any medication except allergy stuff and I eat super healthy and I drink bottled water so who knows. It could be from grabbing stuff while out or traveling or at the airport etc. The bacteria is in your system for a while before you have any symptoms. The bacteria eats away your stomach lining so the acids form an ulcer and irritate it. Stress DEFINITELY irritates it but it is NOT the cause. There's your little informative post for the month. Anyhow...I have a very special trip planned for my birthday so I am definitely chilling for NYE. I might even work on myfreecams. Who knows. If any of you wanna come say hello then do drop in. mwah!

I don't usually make plans for New Year's, and really can't do much anyway.
So, unless something else comes along, I'll probably watch bowl games and possibly have a glass of wine.

That sucks. They found out about the bacteria if I recall correctly about 5 years ago. So at least now with antibiotics it can be treated and not be considered a chronic condition as first thought.

Actually, antibiotics are half the problem. Most of the bacteria in the gut are needed, and in fact will fight infection from other "bad" bacteria. Antibiotics end up killing both and leaving you more open to the "bad" bacteria.

Um no honey. The bacteria they JUST found. Don't confuse that with other and much more serious health issues I have had for many years. This is just an ulcer. It's nothing compared to what Ive been dealing with

Not if you take probiotics along with it. You are talking to someone who actualy knows a shitload about this kind of thing. I am extremely well versed in natural medicine. Trust me on that. It's why I am still alive when I should have been dead several times over from other things years ago

Well I can take a pic of my feet for ya but not with a fan sign. I don't do fan signs due to problems I have had in the past with people photoshopping them so it appears they say things that they did NOT say. This is one of those prime examples of a few shitty people ruining it for everyone else unfortunately sweetie. I'm sorry but what did you want it to say? Maybe I could get creative somehow. Never underestimate the power of my creative mind. haha

Sorry for being gone for so long folks but I took a part time job at Macys just to make some cash before a new (much better paying job) starts in Janurary. Sorry but I dont have vids because the sound on the one that was recored was horrible. We go into the studios to record this month and I'm psyched up for that.


Sorry to hear about your ulcer Nikki. I hope you get better. I'm going to celebrate New Years Eve as I allways do. Hanging out with some of my close personal friends. I hope everyone here has a great New Years.
