Fucking two day break between now and back at SJ.


I don't like that.


If it wasn't for Martin Jones the Pens have the Cup right now. Still....SJ is totally still in this thing...the Shark Tank for game 6 could easily go to the Sharks,....then a game 7 all bets would be off...


But how sweet would a game 7 Cup Finals be?

I don't like the double days-off either. Why do they only do that in the finals? Having the teams play every other day should be the norm. If the travel is the problem, switch to a 2-3-2 format and the problem solved. I'd agree with that! Since I really don't have a rooting interest (although the Pens have won several Cups and the Sharks have yet to win so a bit of my leaning goes to SJ. Besides, Western Conference!!). I wrote the Sharks off after they choked up game 4 at home. I still give the Pens a distinct advantage. Next game is huge (duh, thanks, Captain Obvious!). A game 7 in Pittsburgh would be pretty cool.

it's a shame so many people in the US aren't watching this series. every game has been solid. I guess the nation prefers waiting for Draymon Green to speedbag someone's nuts again.

Congrats to the Pens on winning their 4th Stanley Cup.. No Pens fans here evidently so I'm not going to celebrate for them. See new thread....it's officially next year!
