Don't know how old this news is, or if its true, but I just heard that the new James Bond Girl will be Aishwariya Rai. Indian Actress, once upon a time was also Miss World or Universe or something. Anyone know if this is true. She looks pretty hot.

I haven't followed the Bond films since my youth, so I won't claim to be a huge fan, but I sincerely hope there's no truth to the Britney rumour. The sterotypical Bond girl is sexy... Britney's not sexy, she's a skank... and there's certainly a difference between the two. Also, I know not every Bond girl has been able to act, but I get this feeling that Britney would set a new low for the series were she to be involved. The producers aren't so desperate they would cast a skank with a IQ of a geranium in a major role, are they? I think the films have been doing better than that.
