I consider Neriah to be a very beautiful and sexy model that happens to pose in the nude. There is nothing wrong with what she is doing (thousands of others do the same thing) and in my opinion this does not make her a prostitute as you suggest.

You have not only slandered a member of theses forums but you have slandered another a fellow human being.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but the voicing of those opinions should be tempered with consideration of what it implies towards others.

I am not an attorney or an expert in law but it seems to me that Neriah could take some action against you for slander.

She isn't a prostitute because she isn't selling her body...which is the main description of one...instead she is selling her image. How is being nude...and walking a street and having sex with any guy that offers money or is willing to pay a going rate to take you somewhere and bang you even related? If you feel stupid looking at nude pictures then my advice would be not to. Referring to someone as a prostitute when they arn't, or saying they have characteristics of that of a prostitute is an insult...it's making a comparison with someone that isn't disireable or embarassing IE: If a guy wears a pink shirt he's a flamming gay...the color of a man's shirt shouldn't depict his sexual orientation it's an assumtion and stereotype. just as being paid to model nude shouldn't be depicted as a form of prostitution since no one is touching or taking advantage of her or her body...in fact many models are pretty shrewd business people. Also if people who pose nude are considered "prostitutes" and are "selling" themselves then what about models or celebrities that have clothing on in magazines / television? are they also prostitutes? people also pay money to buy magazines to see halle berry or britney spears on the cover with a article / pictures on the inside. Either way it all comes down to what neriah wants people to see...as long as she does what she wants and she isn't surrendering to outside pressures to be nude against her own will there really isn't a problem...just your problem on weither or not you wanna view the content or not...personally i think she is gorgeous and who wouldn't wanna enjoy her beauty even if from afar...

Ok ok. The way I see it, Moulin asked a question - all talk of slander is just stupid. He made a comment that could be taken one way or the other, and everyone happens to have taken it the wrong way - I can see why, dont get me wrong, but lets not be too hasty. Me and Moulin had major disagreements last week, but having spoken to him I feel he is a good guy and has a lot to offer this board.
