Kobe's not going to retaliate. WTF is wrong with people?? And if he were to retaliate, he'd do it on the scoreboard. This ain't hockey.

Thats what I was eluding to.:hugkiss:

However......Ron Ron and Barnes will handle the dirty work.

With Matt Barnes and Meta World Peace on his team, there might be some retaliation. I'm not saying Kobe will call for retaliation but with hot heads like Matt and Ron there could be payback.

Nets look ready for Dwight Howard, smashed the Mavs tonight.

The Timber Dogs tore the Clipp another asshole once again at the Staples Center tonight. Our bench outscored the Clipp bench 72-11 - unheard of numbers from D-Will and the Southpaw Beasley. :surprise:

Adelman has to be in COTY talks at this point in the year.

Adelman is a shoe in for COTY. I wish the Lakers got him. :(

Also, I know there is a lot of Beasley trade talk, but I think they should keep him. Williams will grow into his role as the starting SF, and Beasely can be the best 6th man in the league for the next 5 years.

Besides Miami and OKC, I say Minny has the best core group in the league. Let's hope it ends a little better than the KG era.

Beas makes a great six man that can come in and put up quick points but it's a role he doesn't want to play. He wants to be a main scorer and start. I wouldn't anoint him best six man either there are still plenty of guys that can fill the role better than Mike.

I'm not sure if there is a big market for Beasly but they should get some one with a better defense. The Wolves have a potent offense now and with a little more top notch defending they could be a high seeded playoff team.

What a great story the Wolves are though. They are ready for the playoffs. Love the underdog team. Two years ago OKC, last year Grizz this year TWolves. I wouldn't say a shoe in for coach of the year, looks at what Kevin McHale has done for Houston!

Dwill and Howard together with potent 3ball shooters like Marrow Stevenson and Brooks, the Nets get very scary. They need to keep Hump, get rid of Lopez, Okur and whatever else they need to get Howard. It's gonna take many pics and a lot of player to get it done.

The 72 the T-Dogs bench put up was the most by any bench in any game this year. Impressive win considering Love, Pek and Rubio were pretty much all on the bench the second half.

After last night, the Magic are looking @ Lopez a LOT closer.

Lopez isn't a scrub and can ball for a 7 footer.

They DO need to keep Hump; he's a hustle type of guy that can deliver a double-double every night.

Yeah, I really like the T-Wolves core group of players. They somewhat remind me of the Thunder, but with more depth.

I think the key to their success is the development of Derrick Williams. That dude was on fire last night. He needs to be scoring 20+ a night.

Also, can Ricky Rubio develop into the type of player like Rajon Rondo? If he can... watch out!

The timberwolves are not the easy victory they were last season. Theyre much improved fir sure. They could make a playiff run next season for the 7 or 8 spot.

I dont put it past eigther one to do something idiotic. Matt Barnes has a history of his own, MWP has been better behaved in recent years, i still dont put it past him to revert to old times for one occasion.

Fts, if I'm Orlando I'm saying include Humphries or no deal. I would rather have Humphries than Lopez. Lopez, in 3 games and 86 minutes, has a grand total of 12 rebounds. We already have Ryan Anderson. We don't need another big guy who scores but don't do nothing else. Our ppg defense would jump 10 points. Btw I bet Jersey really wishes they hadn't thrown in Ryan Anderson into the Vince Carter deal. Turned out to be the best player in the trade.

NYK looked really good in the second half of last nights game and it might have been Cleveland but Lin didn't turn the ball over much and played like a true PG. 19 and 13 pretty much got Steve Nash 2 MVPs. Not saying he's MVP but he is proving himself nicely. How bout the garden chanting "We want Novak", Steve was deadly from the arch and has been a great asset off the bench during the Lin era.

Rondo got his third triple double this season. There has only been nine and he has three. I hate Boston sports but cannot deny how good Rondo is.

Wolves last night vs. Lakers without Love proves why he is an MVP contender. Lakers dominated the Wolves.

Lin did his thing and Novak (Discount Double Check) was on fire. the bench came up big especially Shumpert & B-Diddy. it's good to see them back in action.

From the Heat to the Cavs.
Lebron had Lins roll played perfectly. Whenever Lin would go Bron would just step out and he was too big and he's fast for such a big guy. James could be the best defender in the league when he wants to be.

Does anybody at this point think that the Heat aren't pretty much just a lock at this point to win it all? I've seen enough (not much though, really) of this team play and they just don't look like abyone could beat them.

Still can't believe the Wolves almost (and should have) beat them earlier in the year. I just don't see anyone in a series of any length could defeat this team.

I hate to say it, but I agree with you. Nearly everyone has been picking Heat vs. Thunder in the Finals, and I agree with that, but I don't see any team beating the Heat. I hope I'm wrong.

Even though I despise LeBron and the Heat, I have to admit that the reason I believe that they're unbeatable is because LeBron has finally woken up and realized that he is not a jump-shooter, nor is he a three-point shooter. He can be a far more effective scorer by driving to the basket every time he touches the ball and he's been doing that this season more than any season in the past, which makes him scary as an opponent. Bosh seems to have his confidence back even though statistically he's producing right around what he was last season. And D-Wade has settled down on firing up threes (even more than LeBron has) and that makes him a more effective player as well. And they're a deeper team this year with the likes of Shane Battier and a much healthier Mike Miller and Mario Chalmers has improved his game a lot; he's still not a true starting point guard, but LeBron is one of the league's best passers (in fact, he's a much better passer than he is a scorer) and D-Wade is no slouch himself in that department either, so they don't really need a true starting point guard.

Anything's possible (not a KG reference), so it's definitely not written in stone that the Heat will win the title this year, but I see it playing out that way and it's hard to imagine it playing out any other way at this point.
