ok i felt like it was directly at me and i hate it to be called a bandwagon fan just because now we have lebron and bosh. if i wasnt a real fan i would be jeering for our german dirk but with my heat in the finals thats a different story.

Tell me about it. I'm a Lakers fan and accused of jumping the bandwagon all the time.

Ugh. Is this the same rage people feel when the Lakers win?

a friend of mine is a die hard lakers fan he is telling me the same story. and we watched the last game of mavs lakers series together. could not speak to him for the rest of the night he was a little pissed. so now i have to go to bed its 6 o clock in the morning in germany and i didnt close an eye yet. good night

Just an awesome game! I never thought I would see the Heat bench outscore the Mavs bench, but they did. Can't expect that to happen again though. I think Wade and Lebron got a good feel on how the Mavs are going to play them. I expect a big performance from the both of them in game 2. I wouldn't be surprised if game 2 is in the 100s.

Yes, it's exactly how people feel when the Lakers win. And the Lakers win all the time!!! Lebron hasn't won one championship and we act like it's the end of the world. I just find it ironic a Lakers fan is complaining about bandwagon fans.

You say fuck Heat fans... well I say fuck Heat haters.

^^^

You can go back in previous years threads and I was supporting my Heat. I believe last year around this time I was worried about the re-signing of D-Wade. Looks like I got a little more than just D-Wade.

im not talking about you. just an observation around me. its super annoying.

it always happens. patriots fans turn into colts fans, turn into steelers fans and then whoever wins the next one they will be sporting their shit too.

where's the fucking loyalty?

look at my team. they suck now! but i love em still and cant wait to see the changes after this season is finally in the books.

It is ironic. But I hate bandwagon fans in all forms. Lakers, Heat, Patriots etc.

And I didn't say fuck Heat fans. I said fuck the Heat, and their bandwagon fans. ;) At least you've been a fan as long as I've known you on the board.

This is agonizing watching some team trade their roster away for 2nd round picks so they can sign two guys, a bunch of chumps and win it all.

I'm joining the 'Fuck Bandwagon Fans' movement. I hate bandwagonners because they talk the most shit, and have little to no real loyalty to the team or real fans. Unless you became a fan of that said sport late, if you're talking about being a die-hard fan only after they became a good team... I don't respect you as a fan. Plain and simple. You know good and damn well your gonna 'LeBron' that team the second they hit hard times.

Nobody knows better than me... a lifelong Bulls fan.

1990-1998: The Bulls were a worldwide basketball phenomenon. Everybody and their mama rode with Chicago.

2000-2008: Hard pressed to find a fan outside city limits.

I was there in the early 80's Dave Corzine/Granville Waiters days. I was there for the Golden Age. I was there in post-Jordan Marcus Fizer/Ron Mercer/Jay Williams days, and I'm gonna keep on being there. How many of these so-called Heat 'Superfans' were around when Ronny Seikally was their star? How many were supporting them when the Bulls swept them in their very first playoff series? If you weren't with them through good and bad, don't run up on forums throwing stats in peoples faces and talk shit, knowing you're a trade away from lying about how you always supported a totally different squad.

Bandwagon fans are everywhere, you're just gonna have to live with it. Lakers and Bulls have had some of the most notorious bandwagon fans of all-time, so you guys probably know more than anyone. I personally kind of like it here. There were so many "Lakers" fans here for the past 3 years. The Heatles have somewhat united this area.

The Heat aren't even close to the level of Lakers/Cowboys/Yankees. Those are still "America's teams". The Heat are probably the most hated team in sports history.

i have been a lifelong fan since the Showtime days of the Lakers. i stayed cheering for them when they had dry spell of championships in the 90's and during the 3 year stretch they exited in the first round in the mid 2000's. Im also a Chargers fan in the NFL and a Padres fan in baseball and those franchises have been through bad times alot, so that trained me to understand how to understand failure pretty mcuh. But as bandwagon fans go, every team that has a stretch of greatness led by one of the greats of his day will always bandwagoners. i knew alot of people who loved the bulls when Jordan was there, than they became Cavs fans when LeBron arrived. there are alot of fans like that for every great team

It sucks because if Shaq was healthy he could have really helped the Celtics. I think there was a stat that said when Shaq had over 20+ minutes, Rajon Rando averaged 15 assists. Who knows what the Celtics would have done with a healthy Shaq

Will the Magic, Lakers and Heat all retire his #
