I have witnessed this with my girlfriends who got boobjobs...All this men talking about natural this natural that, but are the first ones to go nuts over women that have them, and certainly don't mind after they find out they are implants. The male attention some of my friends get after the silicone is 1000000% more. So I don't think this thread reflects reality, but more accurately wishful thinking by men that can't enlarge their cocks, but would be the first ones to do so if they could.
