natural is the absolute best for me
This is important. Many of you guys may say silicone, but would you want your girlfriend or wife to get fake titties with all the problems that arise. These problems he listed above are more common than you think. Also no implants last a life time and most likely you are going back into surgery to have them fixed in a few years. And wtf, why like silicone or saline tits taht are filled with salt water or silicone gel. Its so weird. You see tons of botched boob jobs such as nipples being all cross eyed or one higher than the other.
IMHO, fake titties only look good in clothes such as deep cut dresses, shirts, bikinis. But in the nude, natties rule.
Jamie Hammer's tits or Erica Rose Campbells tits are better than almsot all tits I've seen, fake or real.

NATURAL ALL THE WAY. Silicone literally turns me right off. They look like what they are, FAKE. Even though some say to like naturals there needs to be a PERFECT woman attached to them, but I disagree, I like the amateur looking ones more than the 'perfect' most times.

I can't really choose natural or silicone. Some women have huge natural breasts that may not be aesthetically pleasing.(Lisa Sparxxx) Some are great like Maria Swan. Some women have implants that are way too big like Chelsea Charms or Maxi Mounds. Women like Carmella Bing have implants but they are perfect. As long as the boobs look good I do not think it even matters.
