I fear that this will be in vain, as she is probably little more than an amateur, but I thought this would be my best bet in at least attempting to ID her. A friend of mine sent me the video that these screen caps come from. She, and the guy in the video seem to have some European accent, but I'm not positive. The cameraman talks a little and he's American, so who knows...
